Day1: Arrival in Marrakech
Arrival at the Menara International Airport of Marrakech, your English speaking driver will meet you at the airport’s hall with warm greetings to help you out with formalities before heading either to your Riad at the Medina of Marrakech, your hotel at the Ville Nouvelle or at the Palmeraie.
Day2: Full day walking tour exploring Marrakech Medina
Today, our personal tour guide will meet you up at your Riad or Hotel in the morning to take for a day full of new adventures and exploration.We will spend the day visiting the historical monuments of Marrakech including La Kotoubia Mosque, The Saadian Tombs, The Bahia Palace, the El Badi Palace, The Ben Youssef Medersa, The Museum of Marrakech, The Souks with its narrow alleyways. We will also include a visit to the Majorelle Gardens known for its botanical plants. In the late afternoon, your guide will accompany to your Riad/Hotel or to farewell at your convenient location.
Day3: Marrakech – Casablanca – Rabat
After breakfast in your hotel/Riad, we will take the highway to the economic capital of Morocco, Casablanca. In Casablanca, we will include a visit to the current masterpiece of Morocco, Hassan II that has been stood as a real replica of the Moroccan and Andalusian Architectures. The Mosque of Hassan II is regarded as the Third largest Mosque in the Islamic World before resuming our journey towards the second Imperial City of Morocco, Rabat. Rabat was designated by the Almohad Dynasty as their capital in the 12th Century, we will visit the Oudaya Kasbah, Mohammed V Mausoleum, Hassan Tower and Chellah.
Day4: Rabat – Meknes – Fes
Today, we will take, once again, the highway to the Third Imperial City of Meknes. Meknes served as the Capital of Morocco under the reign of the Sultan Moulay Ismail (1672 – 1727). The city of Meknes was once nicknamed “City of Hundered Minarets” due to lots of constructions Moulay Ismail were behind including the long fortified walls (40kms – 25 miles), the Bab Mansour Gate, The Granaries, Moulay Ismail Mausoleum, the prison that was installed by the Sultan under the city for Christians captured in the sea. We will also include a visit to the olive market as Meknes, most of the time, called the Capital of Olives. In the evening, we will resume our trip to Fes.
Day 5: Guided walking tour of Fes Medina
After breakfast, we will spend the day exploring the Fourth and Oldest Imperial City of Morocco. Fes was founded by Moulay Idris I in 789 whose ambition is to form his dynasty by unifiying the adjacent Berber Tribes and even though he was poisoned after three years; however, his son Idris II made the dream of his father come true. The tour of the Medina of Fes will include a visit to the oldest university in the World Al-Qarawiyyin, Bou Inania Medrasa, Al-Attarine Medrasa, Aben Danan Synagogue, the Souks, The Golden Gates of the Royal Palace and much more.
Day6: Free day in Fes
Today, you will spend the day on your own. You may go back wondering around the narrow alleyways of the Fes Medina. You can possibly take a cookery class, go to the Hammam or Spa or just relax at your Riad.
Day7: Airport Transfer
Today, we will drive you to your airport for departure either in Fes or Casablanca.
